I had an issue with my septic system and wasn’t sure what was going on, I went through FaceTime on my phone and contacted Trinity Liquid Waste Services, they looked at the situation through my phone’s camera and gave me great advise and an accurate quote to fix it. When I had them out the next day to fix the problem there was no guessing what was wrong, they saw it through FaceTime and brought everything they needed to fix it right the first time, no delay on trying to get someone out to look at it first ! Thanks a bunch Trinity!!!

The sewage ejector tank at our store broke and started flooding sewage all over our basement, of course this happened at 9 p.m. at night!  Try getting a hold of somebody to come help out that late?  But……………. I took some pictures, filled out the form on Trinity’s website and a truck showed up 2 hours later to clean up the mess!  What a great job!  Thanks!

I was tired of trying to keep up with maintenance of my septic system, trying to remembering how long it had been in between services?  Has it been 3 years or 4 or 5?  How much damage to the system will be done if I don’t get it right??  I WAS DONE !!!  So I signed up for a maintenance contract with Trinity, they charge a small monthly fee of $49 and they come out to check the tank regularly to see when it needs to be cleaned!  They even installed an effluent filter to prolong the life of my drain field free of charge!
